Gameplay

We quite like how this IGT release looks. It’s quite colourful, thanks to a wide variety of symbols. Animations can be seen here and there, but they’re far from common. You mostly see them in icons, and usually after they form a win. The playing card royals will have their symbols get filled with lava, for example! We can’t help but wish some animations were added for the background image too. The jungle would feel much more alive if an occasional wind made the trees move back and forth.

But good looks alone won’t be enough for any slot, and the same rings true for Action Jack. This release is played on a 5x4 board, with a total of 40 paylines which cannot be turned on or off. That does mean your ability to tweak your total bet is somewhat limited, but it’s not that bad. Combine this big playing field with the slot’s awesome free spins round, and you’re in for a treat like no other!

IGT played their cards quite well in abandoning coins in favour of direct wagers. Your minimum stake is GBP 0.40, which is alright for more casual players.
