How It Looks

We love this game’s design. Playing the board game never really gave you the idea of how constructing properties would actually look. In this release, we get to see it progress in the forms of huge skyscrapers. Once expanding reels come into play, the picture zooms out, and we even get to see a few houses too. Hats off to the team, they have done a great job.

Symbol designs are a mix of playing card royals and Monopoly themed icons. J, Q, K, A and a chest are all low-value symbols. A pile of gold coins, a ring and a red car are medium value icons. Finally, the big hitters are Mr Monopoly, the Monopoly Heights logo and a jewel. A pair of dice showing sixes is a Wild, while a hotel symbol plays the role of Scatter.

Bonus Games

Any winning combination that includes Mr Monopoly activates the Expanding Reels special feature. All icons on the playing field are locked in place, while a new row is added above the topmost one. When this new row is added, the number of ways is also increased accordingly. This new row then spins, revealing new symbols. If another Mr Monopoly appears, another row is added to the playing field. This can happen up to four times, before Bally’s release blocks you from getting another expansion. That means the biggest playing field you can achieve is five reels and eight rows, with 32678 ways to win.

Land Hotel on the first and fifth reel at the same time to win the Jackpot bonus. You are taken to a separate screen, where you are tasked to pick between 32 cards.
